Tara's Approach

Experience my "out of the box" approach by choosing from a menu of traditional therapies and alternate modalities in order to create a combination that is as individual and unique as you.

In our counselling relationship I will do my best to understand who you are. I will do my best to be who I am. I will not judge you or try to control your life and your life choices. I cannot make you grow or do your growing for you. I will help you become more aware, more loving, more able to embrace a richer, fuller life for which you accept responsibility.

I cannot guarantee you will not experience pain in your growth process. I will help you face it, accept it and use it to grow. I will be present and I will create a safe space such that all of you is welcome, inclusive of parts you may not like or want to be seen.

I will support you in taking charge of your life, creating your life the way you want. I will invite you to show up and share your story as honestly as possible, and I will meet you anew each time we connect.

I will support you to let go of patterns, behaviours or outgrown ways of doing things and invite you to open new doors. I will honor you and who you allow yourself to be. Anything is possible with a willing mind and open heart.

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful then the risk it took to blossom..." Anais Nin
